L&C Cabinetry respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
This Privacy Policy applies to lnccabinetry.com and the related sites listed in Section 1 (together, the "Sites"), and to the L&C Cabinetry locations, businesses, and operations represented through them.

Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Sites use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the Sites, analyze activity, measure advertising performance, and support marketing activities.
Cookies are small data files that may be stored on your browser or device. Some cookies remain only for a browsing session, while others may remain after you leave.
We use the following categories of technologies.
Essential Technologies
These technologies support functions necessary to operate, secure, and provide the Sites and their features, including remembering the privacy choices described in Section 12.
Analytics Technologies
These technologies help us understand how visitors use the Sites, including pages viewed, traffic sources, navigation, device information, and performance.
Advertising and Marketing Technologies
These technologies help us measure advertising campaigns, understand whether advertising resulted in a visit, inquiry, or conversion, create advertising audiences, and provide advertising that may be more relevant to users.
You can control the advertising and analytics technologies described in Sections 6 through 8 using the choices described in Section 12. You may also manage cookies through your browser settings, device settings, and advertising-provider controls.
Disabling certain technologies may affect site functionality.
Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 ("GA4"), a web analytics service provided by Google, to help us understand how visitors use the Sites.
Google Analytics may collect information such as:
- Pages visited
- Site interactions
- Session information
- Traffic and referral sources
- Browser and device information
- Approximate geographic information
- Cookie and device identifiers
- Information about how visitors navigate and interact with the Sites
Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies, including identifiers used to distinguish users and sessions.
We use information obtained through Google Analytics to evaluate traffic, improve performance, understand customer interests, and measure marketing effectiveness.
Depending on our configuration and your privacy choices, information collected through Google Analytics may also be used in connection with Google advertising services.
Google processes information in accordance with its own privacy policies and applicable terms.
Google Ads
We use Google Ads to advertise L&C Cabinetry products, services, and locations and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. We maintain separate Google Ads accounts for our Charlotte, Richmond, and Virginia Beach locations.
Google Ads technologies may help us determine whether someone who viewed or interacted with one of our advertisements later visited the Sites or completed an action such as:
- Requesting a quote
- Submitting a contact form
- Calling or contacting a location
- Viewing a product or service
- Registering for an account
- Completing another designated conversion action
Depending on our advertising settings, Google Ads may also be used for remarketing or personalized advertising. This may allow advertisements for L&C Cabinetry to be displayed to individuals who previously visited the Sites.
Google may use cookies, advertising identifiers, device identifiers, and similar technologies in connection with these services.
You may manage certain Google advertising preferences through Google's privacy and advertising controls, and you may prevent these technologies from loading using the choices described in Section 12.
Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel, an advertising and measurement technology provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. and its affiliates ("Meta").
The Meta Pixel helps us understand how visitors interact with our Sites after viewing or interacting with advertisements on Meta services such as Facebook or Instagram.
Depending on how the Meta Pixel is configured, Meta may collect or receive information concerning actions taken on the Sites, including:
- Visiting a webpage
- Viewing products or services
- Viewing a location page
- Submitting a form
- Requesting a quote
- Completing another designated conversion
- Interacting with certain site features
The Meta Pixel may also collect or receive browser information, device information, IP address information, cookie identifiers, and advertising-related information.

Meta may process information collected through its advertising technologies in accordance with its own privacy policies and applicable terms.
You may prevent the Meta Pixel from loading using the choices described in Section 12.
Email and Text Message Marketing Platform
We use Klaviyo, a marketing platform provided by Klaviyo, Inc., to manage our email and text message marketing, send transactional and promotional messages, and understand how recipients interact with those messages.
Klaviyo may collect or receive:
- Name, email address, and telephone number
- Subscription and consent records
- Email and text message opens, clicks, and delivery information
- Purchase and order information associated with your profile
- Onsite activity associated with your profile, such as pages and products viewed
- Cookie and device identifiers used to recognize returning visitors
Klaviyo processes this information as a service provider acting on our behalf and in accordance with its own privacy policies and applicable terms. We do not use Klaviyo to transfer your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Targeted and Personalized Advertising
We use advertising technologies, including Google Ads and the Meta Pixel, that may be used for targeted, personalized, interest-based, or cross-context behavioral advertising.
For example, a person who visits an L&C Cabinetry product, service, or location page may later see an advertisement for L&C Cabinetry on another website, a Google service, Facebook, Instagram, or another digital platform.
These activities may involve processing information concerning your interactions with our Sites and, depending on the advertising provider and your settings, information concerning activity across other websites or digital services.
Under certain U.S. state privacy laws, some of these activities may be considered targeted advertising, sharing, or a sale of personal information, even when L&C Cabinetry does not receive money in exchange for the information.
Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
L&C Cabinetry does not sell personal information to third parties for monetary compensation.
However, because we use advertising and analytics technologies such as the Meta Pixel and Google Ads, the disclosure of certain online identifiers, device information, browsing activity, or advertising information to advertising and analytics providers may be considered a sale, sharing, or processing for targeted advertising under certain state privacy laws.
Depending on your state of residence and applicable law, you may have the right to opt out of:
- The sale of personal information
- The sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
- Processing of personal information for targeted advertising
- Certain qualifying profiling activities
Section 12 describes how to exercise these choices.
Your Privacy Choices
You can control the advertising and analytics technologies used on our Sites in the following ways.
Your Privacy Choices Link
Every page of lnccabinetry.com includes a "Your Privacy Choices" link. Selecting it records your choice on that browser and prevents our advertising and analytics technologies, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, and the Meta Pixel, from loading on subsequent visits.
Because this choice is stored in your browser, you will need to make it separately on each browser and device you use, and it may be reset if you clear your browsing data.
Global Privacy Control
We recognize the Global Privacy Control ("GPC") browser signal and other qualifying universal opt-out preference signals.
When a browser sends a qualifying signal, we do not load our advertising and analytics technologies for that visit, and we treat the signal as a request to opt out of applicable sale, sharing, and targeted-advertising activities. No action is required from you beyond enabling the signal in your browser or browser extension.
These signals are associated with a particular browser or device, so you may need to enable the signal separately on each browser and device you use.
Other Choices
You may also:
- Adjust Google advertising preferences through Google's advertising controls
- Adjust Meta advertising preferences through your Meta account settings
- Use browser or device privacy and cookie settings
- Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any marketing message
- Reply STOP to any marketing text message
- Submit a request to us using the contact information in Section 16

We will respond to an appeal within 60 days of receipt and will inform you in writing of the outcome and the reasons for it. If your appeal is denied, we will provide you with a method to contact your state attorney general to submit a complaint, where applicable law requires.
Virginia Privacy Rights
Where applicable Virginia privacy law applies, Virginia residents may have rights to:

- Access personal data
- Correct inaccuracies
- Delete qualifying personal data
- Obtain qualifying personal data in a portable format
- Opt out of targeted advertising

If an eligible Virginia privacy request is declined, the consumer may appeal by emailing lnccabinetryvab@gmail.com with the subject line "Virginia Privacy Appeal."

The "Your Privacy Choices" link described in Section 12 serves as our opt-out mechanism, and we honor qualifying universal opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.
North Carolina Residents
Our Charlotte operations are conducted through L&C Cabinetry CLT LLC.
North Carolina has not enacted a comprehensive consumer data privacy statute of the kind described in Sections 17 and 18. North Carolina residents may nonetheless submit questions or requests concerning personal information using the contact information in Section 16, and we will handle them consistently with this Privacy Policy and with laws applicable to our operations.
Marketing Communications
If you receive promotional emails from L&C Cabinetry or one of our locations, you may unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link included in the communication.
Text Messages
Where we offer text message marketing, we send those messages only to individuals who have provided express written consent to receive them. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any marketing text message, and you may reply HELP for assistance. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not currently collect text message signups through the Sites. Where we offer text message marketing, consent is obtained at the point of signup, and any additional terms applicable to that program are provided at that time.

Even after opting out of promotional communications, we may continue sending non-promotional communications regarding:
- Orders

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age, or process the personal data of known minors for targeted advertising, sale, or profiling, without the consent required by applicable law. If we learn that we have done so, we will take appropriate steps to address it.
If you believe a child or minor has provided us with personal information in violation of applicable law, please contact us using the information in Section 16 so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Third-Party Websites and Services
The Sites may contain links to websites and services operated by third parties, including social media platforms, our ecommerce store sites' underlying platforms, and other resources.
We are not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of third parties before providing them with personal information.
Do Not Track
Some browsers provide a traditional "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is not a uniform industry standard governing traditional Do Not Track signals, the Sites do not respond to those signals.
Traditional Do Not Track signals are different from universal opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control, which we do recognize as described in Section 12.

- Participating L&C Cabinetry entities or locations
